Do you have a flex spending account?

A flex spending account (FSA) is a tax-advantage financial account that is set up through a cafeteria plan offered by an employer.  Flex spend accounts may also be offered with more traditional health plans as well.  Employees are allowed to set aside a portion of his/her pay for medical expenses.  Money is deducted from the employee’s pay and put into an FSA where it is not subject to payroll taxes.
